The beauty of a Humanist ceremony is that there is no set formula. You are free to design something that is completely unique to you as a couple.
Your ceremony can include any combination of traditional and more offbeat features.
Classic and dignified… quirky and playful… relaxed and low key… beautifully simple or all the frills… what’s right is what works for you!
I will work with you to set the tone, craft the content and create the atmosphere that are perfect for you – and I can provide as little or as much guidance as you need.

Sarah put in so much attention to detail - she even trained our dog to come to the front to bring our wedding rings!

As a celebrant, it’s my job to help you make sure that your ceremony – and the VERY REASON for the day itself – don’t get lost in the joyful blur!
I offer an initial, no-obligation chat, via phone or video call. This is an opportunity for you to find out what I look and sound like, to tell me about your wedding plans so far, and to ask any questions.
If you choose me as your celebrant (hooray!) I’ll send you an agreement, request a deposit, and book the date!
In the months before your big day, we’ll arrange to meet up in person. I’ll ask you lots of questions and you’ll tell me all about yourselves and what you want your wedding to be like, so that we can plan your perfect ceremony. I’ll also send you some things by email.
